No time for siesta, let's Fiesta!

What do you do when you are quarantined with a toddler and a lot of party supplies? I don't know about you, but around here we make a party!

Here is a very simple dessert table we put together to shoot some products from local small businesses, such as these cute taco and cactus meringue cookies (La Linda Cakes), crystal lollipops (Art Candy), and our paper party supplies ("Let's Fiesta" banner and succulents/cactus). At the end of every shoot, we always let Alice enjoy the goodies and take a bunch of photos, which keeps her busy for at least 30 minutes.

You can easily reproduce this Fiesta set-up for Cinco de Mayo, or any other occasion changing the theme. Maybe you have party items in your house, but if you never spare anything, it's easy to order supplies and food from local businesses like ours. I guarantee it will be fun and entertain your kids.

Hope you like this mini table and feel inspired to make one for your kids. Share it with us using #mapetitedecor and tag us.

Feliz Cinco de Mayo!
